Leaf-Style Molded Bladder Service

To change the bladder on a leaf style o-ring core holder:

  1. Remove core shaft from machine.
  2. Remove all screws from the end cap.
  3. Remove end cap and set aside.
  4. Remove leaves.
  5. Slide or cut bladder off with a utility blade.
  6. Slide new bladder on with silicone
  7. Put end cap back on.
  8. Put leaves on.
  9. Put the other end cap on.
To remove bladder assembly from machine:
  1. Remove shaft from machine
  2. Remove snap ring from end cap with snap ring pliers
  3. Remove end cap to expose bladder assembly
Bladder removal from assembly
  1. Repeat steps 1-3 at other end of assembly
  2. Remove leaf
  3. Slide or cut bladder off
End Cap assembly
  1. Slide new bladder on with silicone
  2. Insert o-ring and compression ring in place
  3. Trim flush with ring and install that end cap
  4. Put end cap back on
  5. Put leaves on
