Leaf-Style Molded Bladder Service
To change the bladder on a leaf style o-ring core holder:
- Remove core shaft from machine.
- Remove all screws from the end cap.
- Remove end cap and set aside.
- Remove leaves.
- Slide or cut bladder off with a utility blade.

- Slide new bladder on with silicone
- Put end cap back on.
- Put leaves on.
- Put the other end cap on.

- hammer
- slotted screwdriver
- allen wrenches
- retaining ring pliers
- knife
- punch
- silicone spray
