Air Roll Lock Differential shafts are best suited for both wide and narrow web applications. Perfect for multiple width rolls and materials on the same air shaft, these shafts ensure consistent tension across all rolls.
With recent advances in our Air Roll Lock Differential shaft design, we’ve taken the pain out of differential winding. Using an internal clutching mechanism to control tension eliminates operator error and can dramatically improve roll quality. The integrated GlideLock rollers allow easy loading and unloading of heavy rolls.
