Convertech’s Trapper Leaf Shafts are made specifically for coreless winding. Unlike our standard Leaf Shafts where the shaft is inserted into the core and inflates for firm grip, the Trapper Leaf has a fixed leaf that clamps the material and winds the material without a core.

Features

The Trapper Leaf Shafts are available from 1” to 12” diameters and face lengths up to 150”. They feature an advanced integration of high-quality materials which guarantees they grip firmly and expand precisely, similar to our standard Leaf Shafts. Anodized aluminum leaves expand uniformly along the entire length of the shaft, assuring a firm grip.
